Warranty:

Our items are warrantied from manufacturer defects for 3 months. If a defect appears during this time period and is due to the product or materials itself, please contact us via phone or email and we will return/replace the item in question as well as request it be sent back to us for inspection. This warranty does not apply to a product that has been tampered with, subjected to misuse, or damaged in an accident/transit. In no event will the company be responsible for any incidental or consequential damages. 

If you received an incorrect order (ex. you ordered a Standard Upstand and got a 20″ Upstand) we will send you a return label so that you may send the Upstand back to us and we will send out your proper order at no charge. 

Return Policy: 

If the product is the incorrect size for your bicycle or if you find that it is not right for you, we will replace/refund your purchase within 15 days. We will request that you send the product(s) back to us. International replacements will require an $8 dollar charge for shipping. Please see our warranty for any manufacturer related defects.
